Pick
Tell us which topics you’d like first and where to send them. That’s all the form asks for.
- 2
Read
We email short, plain-language guides. If you tick a box, we also send short texts. Each one points to a free guide on this site.
- 3
Decide
Use what you read to ask your own dentist better questions. Every decision about your care stays with you and them.
Where our facts come from
We write from general, widely shared guidance, such as that published by dental associations and public health agencies, and we point to public resources like MouthHealthy.org and the National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research when they are the best place to learn more. We keep the language plain and the claims modest.
We are not clinicians. If something here does not match what your dentist tells you about your own mouth, go with your dentist and ask why.
Your choices on messages
Email is how we confirm your request. Text messages are a separate, optional extra with two separate unchecked boxes: informational and promotional. Message frequency varies, up to about 8 a month. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help.
